Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies: Cancellations, Missed Appointments and No Shows It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. Therefore communication is important. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations: You can cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead. Any Cancellations without 48 hours notice will be considered Late Cancellations and be subject to 100% charge of the service booked. A credit card will be required at the time of booking. Missed Appointments: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a Missed Appointment and will be subject to the Cancellation policy. At that point, if possible, we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time within the week, and you will be charged 100% of the service booked. No Shows: If you do not arrive for you appointment and do not give any notice, it will be considered a No Show, and will be subject to the Late Cancellation policy as stated above. At that point you will be charged 100% with no option to reschedule.
